Calm Down Tincture :: 1 oz
 
Sometimes we just need a little help when feeling edgy. This blend is helpful for those times when we just need to calm down. Also may be used as a bedtime blend.
 
 
Ingredients :: 
Skullcap, California poppy, Chamomile, Lemon balm, vodka.
 
To use :: Add a dropperful to water, tea, or juice. If needed repeat.
